The WIRED. Ski trip 2025 

General Information

Who: All WPP-colleagues

When: From Wednesday the 12th till Saturday the 15th of March // 3 night and 3 ski days (the bus departs Tuesday evening March 11th and we will be back Sunday morning March 16th)

Where: Saalbach-Hinterglemm in Austria // 350KM of slopes.

Costs: €532 including service costs and taxes // 3* star hotel in Hinterglemm with breakfast, walking distance from the ski lifts and apres-ski bars // a 3-day ski pass.

Transport: The bus will be organized via WIRED. If you prefer to go by car or plane, that is also possible but at your own expense.

Rental: Ski/Snowboard rental is optional and can be added in your booking. The gear will be ready for you at the hotel. Rental for skis/board are €90 and shoes €35 for 3 days.

Classes: Lessons are optional and can be added in your booking. Lessons are €135 for 3 days. Both the rental as well as the classes can be added to your booking from December 1.

Party: A company night on the slopes with food, drinks, DJ’s etc. 🎉

Extra options: The option to book a Masterclass, an extra ski pas for day 4 etc. will be available in the portal from the 1st of December. 

 

Are you in?  Please be aware that we have limited spots available, so first come first served, and that a pre-payment of €249,- is required! First come, first served. Still undecided? You can receive a full refund of your pre-payment if you cancel before October 1st. After that date, partial refunds will be available, or you can give your spot to someone else.
